18th ECCN congress canceled

Dear ECCN Marseille participant,

Even if the situation is improving, we are still going through uncertain times and the EMEA Chapter and the French Society of Clinical Neurophysiology have decided to cancel the congress planned for October 26th-29th, 2021.

The national societies of the EMEA Chapter were balloted and agreed unanimously that given all the work the French Society had done, and the appeal of the location, the  next European Congress would take place in Marseille, organised by the same French committee, May 9th-12th, 2023.

Participants ho have paid their registration fees will receive full refund before June 15 .

We thank you all for having submitted suggestions for teaching courses and symposia, for having registered and, more recently, for having submitted an abstract for a poster or an oral communication.
It was not felt a full on-line congress would be possible, but the EMEA Chapter is now working on a ‘digital day,’ planned for October 26th 2021.

This will include a General Assembly for national society representatives, and all those interested. EMEA Chapter is also concerned about those who submitted abstracts and hopes to arrange ways to present and indeed publish this material. More details will follow, but please save the date, October 26th.

Finally, we hope to meet, face to face in Geneva for the ICCN, September 4th to 8th, 2022, before reconvening in Marseille in May 2023.

Kind regards,

The EMEA Chapter Executive Committee and the
French Society of Clinical Neurophysiology
